  • Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in a customer support, administrative, or similar role; experience in a production or creative environment is a plus. 
  • Ability to manage scheduling and perform basic payroll tasks accurately.

Core responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. 
  • Provide accurate information about services, projects, and company offerings. 
  • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer interactions. Schedule meetings, appointments, and production-related events. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups. 
  • Enter and update customer and production data into the CRM system. Assist with document preparation, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks. 
  • Call the payroll company to provide necessary payroll information. 
  • Assist with limited payroll duties, including data entry, processing timesheets, and coordinating with the finance team. 
  • Log actors and crew members on IMDb pages. 
  • Assist filmmakers when they call in to inquire about how much their movies have made.
