Job Requirements:
- Experience Proven track record with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SDR expertise in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- Results-Oriented Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective work practices and strategy implementation.
- Analytical Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to interpret performance data and make informed decisions on the fly.
- Innovation and Adaptability Ability to innovate and think entrepreneurially, adapting to changing market dynamics, ensuring our lead generation strategies remain cutting-edge.
- Communication Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate the teams achievements and challenges.
Core responsibilities:
- Process Optimisation Develop and implement strategies to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of SDR activities.
- Streamline and optimise outbound prospecting processes to enhance productivity and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SDR activities and overall sales operations.
- Performance Analytics Implement effective reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track and analyse key performance metrics.
- Utilise data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for strategic adjustments.
- Remote-First Best Practice Create and sustain a high-performing remote-first methodology.
- Leverage remote-friendly tools and technologies to maintain clear communication, reporting, drive engagement, and ensure alignment with team goals.
- Expectation We would expect a minimum of 30-40 appointments qualified and set pcm from a full-time resource.
