Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of successful campaigns and measurable results. 
  • Portfolio of work preferred, specifically video editing content or work from Canva.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics. 
  • Proficiency in platforms and tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software. 
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for creating compelling content for online audiences, experience with Canva required. 
  • Strong video editing skills to ensure consistent content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and continuously learn industry trends and best practices.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions. 
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Create and curate high-quality content for digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Focus on Video Editing. Conduct keyword research, analyze website traffic, and optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and ranking. 
  • Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. 
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, like website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing efforts with business goals. 
  • Admin work as directed, training as required.
