Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving significant growth.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve ambitious enrolment or sales targets.
- Proven track record in paid social and Google Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Active Campaign.
- Excellence in project management and multi-tasking.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
Core responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to double student memberships within 6 months.
- Create and optimise engaging ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, incorporating authentic dance content and student success stories.
- Manage the studio's digital presence, including Google My Business listing, website optimisation, and local SEO to improve visibility.
- Set and track clear KPIs aligned with our growth objectives
Content & Creative:
- Collaborate with dance instructors to produce compelling ad creative that showcases our unique teaching methodology and studio culture.
- Coordinate the design and distribution of print marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and local advertising.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Create urgency and excitement around our programs through strategic messaging.
Lead Generation & CRM Management:
- Oversee aggressive lead generation and nurturing processes through Active Campaign CRM.
- Implement and optimise marketing automation workflows to enhance lead conversion.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
- Convert prospective students into enrolled members through strategic follow-up and sales processes.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline to support membership growth goals.Administrative Support .
- Maintain organised digital and physical marketing assets.
- Process daily marketing-related administrative tasks Assist with basic studio operations as needed.
