Job Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 2.55 years of proven experience in lead generation, specifically in the cleaning or carpet cleaning industry. 
  • Carpet Cleaning Expertise: Proven lead generation experience in carpet cleaning is highly preferred, with knowledge of common services and customer needs. 
  • Platform Proficiency: Strong familiarity with Thumbtack, Groupon, Angie's List, and Google Business; experience with Google Calendar is essential. 
  • Appointment Setting Skills: Demonstrated success in scheduling and managing appointments accurately, with a focus on efficiency and calendar management. 
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive approach to engaging and converting leads. 
  • Detail-Oriented and Tech-Savvy: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems like House Call Pro, ensuring smooth lead and client management.

Core responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Industry Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads for residential and commercial cleaning services with a focus on carpet cleaning using platforms like Thumbtack, Groupon, Angie's List, and Google Business. 
  • Targeted Outreach: Conduct outreach via email, outbound calling, and social media (e.g., Facebook Groups), specifically targeting daycare centers, adult nursing homes, retirement homes, and youth homes.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified leads directly onto the owners Google Calendar with precise details to ensure seamless scheduling and avoid conflicts. 
  • Specialized Campaigns: Create and execute campaigns to attract customers for pet urine treatment, grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning services.
  • Follow-Up and Engagement: Perform timely follow-ups with prospective customers, converting inquiries into appointments while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. 
  • CRM and Data Management: Manage and update lead information across platforms like House Call Pro and Google Calendar, ensuring smooth integration and accurate record-keeping. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track lead generation metrics and provide detailed reports, using data insights to refine outreach strategies and maximize booking rates.
