Job Requirements:

• Basic Photo Editing Skills: Some experience or familiarity with Photoshop; a strong eye for detail and design is essential. 
• Attention to Detail: High standards for quality control to ensure each photo aligns with the company's visual expectations. 
• Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written skills; American English accent preferred. 
• Cold Calling/Sales Confidence: Outbound calling experience and a willingness to engage with clients to promote services.
• Trainable and Adaptable: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for training in Photoshop and media editing tasks. 
• Social Media Savvy (Preferred): Familiarity with current social media trends and basic video/reel editing skills.

Core responsibilities:

• Real Estate Photo Editing: Perform edits on real estate photos, including brightness adjustments, touch-ups, and corrections, ensuring photos meet high visual standards. 
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all images to maintain consistency and align with client expectations. 
• Photoshop Proficiency (Preferred): Utilize Photoshop for image enhancements and corrections; a good eye for design is essential.
• Client Interaction and Support: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing their needs and providing follow-up as required. 
• Sales and Cold Calling: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, promoting media services and nurturing potential leads. 
• Social Media Content Creation: Create and edit engaging videos and reels for social media, adapting content to trends and platform best practices.
