Job Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Strong communication skills in English to interact with a variety of callers.
- Ability to work independently, using your administrative experience to manage incoming calls and inquiries.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, track information, and manage call flow effectively.
- Willingness to be trained on customer service elements that may be outside typical EA responsibilities.
Core responsibilities:
- Answer Incoming Calls: Manage all incoming calls using Ring Central, ensuring each call is handled promptly and professionally.
- Training provided for Ring Central and any customer service tasks outside typical EA duties.
- Triage Calls: Identify the nature of each call, directing or escalating it to the appropriate person or department.
- Handle Basic Inquiries: Answer general questions from callers and provide information about the sports league organization.
- Manage Hold Times: Place callers on hold as necessary and ensure they are connected to the right person without unnecessary delays.
- Customer Service Support: Receive training, where needed, to enhance customer support capabilities.
