Are you a seasoned recruiter with a knack for business development? We are looking for an experienced Business Development & Recruitment Lead to join our team in Johannesburg. In this dynamic role, you will lead a small but mighty team of Talent Acquisition professionals while actively driving recruitment and growing our client base.
What you'll do:
- Lead the Team: Guide and mentor two Talent Acquisition specialists, providing daily support, managing workloads, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients to grow existing accounts.
- Recruit Top Talent: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, to deliver high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
- Improve and Innovate: Help enhance our recruitment processes, tools, and systems while ensuring compliance with all policies and legal requirements.
Who We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a passion for both people and business. You should have:
- Experience: 8 - 10 years of recruitment experience (either in-house or from an agency) with a strong background in business development.
- Leadership: Prior experience supervising or mentoring team members.
- Skills: Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You should also be proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
