Job Description:

This is a 12 - month contract.

We're looking for a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our systems, ensuring seamless performance and providing expert support to our internal business functions and customers.

You'll be responsible for resolving incidents, tackling complex problems, and playing a key role in continuous improvement. If you have a passion for providing top-tier technical support and a drive to optimize processes, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high-quality second-line technical and functional support for our core business applications.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests in line with business priorities and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Analyze defects and collaborate with solution delivery teams to improve system architecture and functionality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by minimizing the impact of incidents, preventing reoccurrence, and proactively monitoring system health.
  • Develop SOPs and diagnostic scripts to enhance support efficiency.
  • Support internal projects, assist with on-the-job training, and participate in disaster recovery exercises.
  • Generate and execute scripts for daily support requirements and create monthly reports to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with some of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, Web Methods, Web Services, SQL, SharePoint, and ESB.
  • A solid understanding of basic integration concepts, Agile, and the SDLC.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks like ITIL and COBIT.
  • Strong investigative and analytical skills to perform root cause analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
