Hiring: Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Consultant | Culture, Insights & Transformation
Location: Johannesburg- hybrid
Contract: Until October 2026
We are seeking a highly experienced Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to support a large-scale culture and transformation portfolio. This role focuses on translating employee, behavioral, and cultural insights into practical, evidence-based interventions that drive inclusion, culture shift, and sustainable high performance across the organisation.
Role Overview
You will partner with HR, OE, and business stakeholders to design and implement solutions across employee insights, DEI, culture enablement, behavioural science, and employer branding.
This is a strategic and hands-on role requiring strong analytical thinking, storytelling with data, and the ability to influence leadership decision-making.
Key Workstreams & Responsibilities
Employee Insights (Voice of the Employee)
- Review and integrate multiple employee data sources (surveys, OHI, engagement, qualitative feedback)
- Design and guide the development of a single VoE dashboard
- Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Allyship & Inclusion
- Translate DEI strategy into practical behaviour change initiatives
- Design communication and change approaches to drive adoption
Gender Action Plan Rollout
- Support implementation through clear milestones, roles, and execution plans
- Provide guidance to leaders and HR teams
Culture Enablement
OHI (Organizational Health Index)
- Translate survey results into actionable culture workstreams

- Drive initiatives focused on:

OE Forum Model
- Design and implement a partnership model across Group and Clusters
Behavioral Insights (CBIU)
- Apply behavioral science to diagnose culture challenges
- Develop scalable, evidence-based interventions

Employer Brand
- Develop a clear internal employer brand narrative aligned to culture and EVP
- Enable internal influencer networks to drive authentic storytelling
- Provide tools, playbooks, and measurement frameworks

Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in Organizational Effectiveness, Culture Transformation, or HR Strategy
- Proven ability to translate data and insights into practical business actions
- Experience with employee insights, OHI, DEI, and behavioural science
- Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills
- Comfortable working in complex, enterprise environments
