OD Facilitator

6 months contract

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic OD Facilitator to join a leading banking environment and drive impactful leadership development and cultural transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about organisational development, facilitation, coaching, and enabling large-scale culture change across senior and middle management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate leadership development and cultural transformation interventions
  • Design and customise Organisational Development (OD) interventions aligned to business needs
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement and organisational effectiveness
  • Facilitate workshops and team interventions for small and large groups
  • Manage multiple stakeholder engagements and intervention processes
  • Support transformation initiatives and organisational culture-building programs
  • Provide feedback and insights on organisational themes emerging from interventions
  • Ensure effective project delivery, stakeholder communication, and risk compliance

Requirements

  • Relevant Degree / Advanced Diploma
  • Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Industrial or Clinical Psychology)
  • 5–10 years' experience in:
    • Organisational Development
    • Facilitation
    • Coaching
    • Management Consulting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Experience within banking or financial services environments advantageous
