Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BPM Developer to join our dynamic team on a 12 months contract at one of the leading banks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a focus on Business Process Management (BPM) development, coupled with extensive experience in BPM/BAW products. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in response to new demand, with a team of driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of and action PMRs with IBM.
Implement changes required based on Journey squad changes.
Manage and ensure the stability of the environment.
Possess a deep understanding of the impact of code on hardware and network performance.
Provide consultation on complex problems throughout the development, implementation, and operational cycles.
Participate in problem-solving through severity processes to maintain system availability.
Requirements:
IT-related Diploma or Degree.
10+ years of BPM development experience.
Good knowledge of BPM/BAW as a product.
Proficiency in BPM code with the ability to develop solutions using BPM.
Experience with Java coding language is advantageous.
Proven track record of landing projects into production environments, preferably within the banking industry.
Ability to address technical platform and development-related issues.
