Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Change Analyst / Junior Change Lead to support IT-driven change initiatives across the organisation. This role is suited for someone with at least 5 years experience working on technical projects, who can confidently operate at the intersection of change management, stakeholder engagement, and solution adoption.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to ensure smooth transitions, drive user adoption, and support long-term sustainability of change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to understand project scope and impact.

  • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and engagement strategies.

  • Identify key stakeholders and ensure effective engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Assess change readiness and conduct impact assessments.

  • Prepare change communication materials and coordinate change-related workshops or briefings.

  • Track adoption metrics and manage resistance through clear action plans.

  • Ensure alignment with organisational change frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Support the delivery of training material and end-user support strategies.

  • Monitor and report on change progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in a Change Analyst or Junior Change Lead role on technical/IT projects.

  • Proven track record working on medium to large-scale IT change initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, or similar), and tools.

  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI, APMG).

  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project environments.

  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, or CRM platforms.
