Job Description:
Join our esteemed banking client as an Agile Project Manager for a 12-month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and successfully delivering medium to large projects, ensuring alignment with the defined scope, budget, and timeline following our business strategy. As an Agile Project Manager, you will actively contribute to the adoption of agile best practices within the teams, offering mentorship and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Provide mentorship and coaching on agile best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the product manager to translate epics, stories, and sprint items into actionable tasks for the delivery team.
- Ensure optimal task prioritization and sequencing for efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- SAFe certification and proven experience are essential.
- Project Management certification and a demonstrated track record are essential.
- AGILE Project Management experience is a prerequisite.
- Scrum Master certification and relevant experience are mandatory.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project is crucial.
- Preferred: Previous experience in Financial Services.
