Overview:
A leading bank in Sandton is seeking an experienced Senior Organisation Design & HR Strategy Consultant for a strategic 4-month contract. This role will focus on translating business strategy into impactful people and organisation solutions, with a strong emphasis on operating model design and workforce strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business unit-level organisation design and operating model initiatives

  • Partner with senior executives to shape and implement people strategies

  • Design and implement HR products, services, and enterprise-wide solutions

  • Guide workforce experience design and commercialisation across channels

  • Operationalise and embed diversity & inclusion practices

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years experience in strategic HR, organisation design, and workforce planning

  • Relevant B Degree (or studying toward completion); Honours/Masters preferred

  • Proven track record in partnering with senior leadership on complex org challenges

  • Strong experience in solutioning across people, process, and systems

  • Financial services industry experience (preferred)

  • Expertise in:

    • Operating Model & Organisation Design

    • Strategic Workforce Planning

    • Culture, Leadership & Team Effectiveness
