Role Overview:
As a Senior Lotus Notes Application Developer, you will take ownership and actively participate in the evolution of technology assets while influencing and maintaining their health. Your leadership will extend to our Centers of Excellence, where you will guide and inspire teams towards achieving excellence in technology development and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of Lotus Notes applications, both client and web-based, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Drive agile delivery practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies, to enhance efficiency and collaboration within the development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly in the banking sector, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Utilize your expertise in UI development, SOA/API integration, Angular, HTML/CSS, DevOps toolsets, JWT, SSLs, and other relevant technologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Champion best practices in software development, including code quality, security, and scalability, to maintain the integrity of our technology assets.
- Actively participate in AEM workflow management, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for content and asset management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent proven experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an IBM Lotus Notes Application Developer, with expertise in both client and web development.
- Strong exposure to agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their implementation in a development environment.
- Proficiency in UI development, SOA/API integration, Angular, HTML/CSS, DevOps toolsets, JWT, SSLs, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience in Lotus Notes/Domino client and web development is essential.
- Familiarity with AEM workflow management is preferred.
