Are you a seasoned HR professional with a knack for organizational design and an eye for detail? 

Our client in Financial services looking for 2 Job Architecture & Profiling Specialist to join the team.

This is a 4 - month  contract.

Responsibilities include:

Job Profile Management: Develop and edit high-quality job profiles in collaboration with business and HR partners.

Quality & Governance: Maintain consistency with job architecture frameworks and ensure compliance across all job documentation.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate workshops to validate job content and provide expert guidance to managers and HR Business Partners.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to job profiling tools and processes.

Minimum requirements include:

  • 5-8 years of experience with a core focus on job profiling, job architecture, and organisational design.
  • Proven track record of writing quality job profiles.
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Paterson, Hay, Mercer) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of competency and skills frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
