Job Description:

We are seeking an Expert Talent and Sourcing Specialist to implement our talent and sourcing strategies, directly contributing to the achievement of our strategic objectives. This is a senior role requiring autonomy, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the corporate environment.

3 - month contract (from 1 November 2025 - 31 January 2026)

Key Responsibilities

  • You will manage the entire talent pipeline and embed talent management practices by:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Identify and source middle and senior management and specialist skills within Clusters.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Own and manage the complete recruitment and selection process, including managing the costs of recruitment and psychometric assessments.
  • Talent Management: Manage the talent review process and projects, tailor talent systems to Cluster strategy, and coordinate group-wide Talent Management initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Influence the recruitment process by setting clear expectations with hiring managers and advising stakeholders on market remuneration packages.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance to the company's transformational goals and mitigate risk.
  • Pipeline Development: Acquire and maintain a qualified talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Requirements

          • Experience: A minimum of 8 - 10 years experience in recruitment (in a Corporate or Agency environment).
          • Qualifications (Essential): Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees (NQF Level).
          • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in Recruitment and selection, Talent Management, Data analysis, Governance, Risk and Controls, and relevant Industry trends.
          • Behavioural Skills: Proven ability in Building Partnerships, Decision Making, and Planning and Organizing.
