Position: Business Development Manager

Salary: up to £50,000 + bonus + excellent benefits package

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role focuses on generating new business by targeting key organisations, building relationships, and representing the brand in early-stage communications. The successful candidate will leverage existing dealer contacts and a range of sales methods to drive growth and increase sales across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an established network of office furniture dealers across London and the South East.
  • Strengthen existing relationships and identify new business opportunities within the dealer, A&D, and D&B fit-out communities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the products and services with professionalism and market insight.
  • Increase regional brand visibility to drive product specification and sales growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, reporting regularly to the senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, especially Production, to ensure quality and efficiency are upheld
