About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure, and who thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and ensuring long-term customer success. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter mentality, understands the importance of recurring business, and consistently demonstrates ownership, discipline, and a never-give-up attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud infrastructure space.
- Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry and refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipelines, and forecasts to management.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record selling into the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and/or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions and cloud infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity and/or cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, security certifications) are an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong mindset with high levels of ownership, consistency, and resilience.
