We are seeking an experienced Network Solutions Specialist to design, validate, and deliver modern enterprise networking and security solutions—partnering closely with sales, customers, and delivery teams to build scalable architectures aligned to business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical consulting support to the sales team for enterprise networking and security solutions (Cisco, Aruba, Arista, F5, Fortinet)
• Lead requirements discovery and solution design aligned to scalability, availability, and future growth
• Design and validate end-to-end solutions across campus LAN/WLAN, data centre networking, SD-WAN, network security, and cloud networking
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BoMs, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations articulating technical and business value
• Conduct PoC activities and demos to validate feasibility and performance
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, delivery, and professional services to align designs with delivery capabilities and vendor best practices
• Stay current with AI-driven networking, automation, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud networking, and observability platforms
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and presales enablement
• Develop GTM network solutions/services by identifying opportunities and launching offerings with sales/marketing
• Support marketing events, workshops, and other initiatives as required

What You Bring
Must-have:

• 5+ years in enterprise networking, including 2+ years in presales/consulting/solution architecture
• At least one professional-level networking certification (e.g., CCNP or equivalent)
• Strong hands-on understanding of:
  Cisco Catalyst/Nexus/Wireless/Meraki and Aruba CX/WLAN Campus design (access/distribution/core), MPLS L3VPN, VRF-lite Data centre: fabric, overlay/underlay, BGP EVPN, VXLAN SD-WAN, SASE, secure access architectures
• Security: NGFW, NAC (Cisco ISE / Aruba ClearPass), segmentation

Nice-to-have:

• Working knowledge of automation tools/frameworks (Python, Ansible, RESTCONF/NETCONF, APIs)
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP connectivity, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute)
• Awareness of AI networking/AIOps platforms (Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, Arista CloudVision)
• Experience with F5, Infoblox, and/or observability/monitoring tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management; proactive and consultative mindset
