We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to help expand our clients AI capabilities and power the next wave of digital transformation across the business.

What You'll Do

  • Work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to run and maintain AI/ML products and analytics solutions
  • Program in Python and use Azure, Google Cloud, and OpenShift to deploy and operate machine learning models
  • Maintain custom Generative AI products, including in-house developed GPT-based solutions
  • Develop and maintain AI APIs and backend services that power custom AI products
  • Use Azure OpenAI, vector databases, LangChain, and other relevant libraries/services to design, build, and deploy custom GenAI applications
  • Proactively handle service requests and incidents to ensure high availability and continuous uptime of AI products and services
  • Profile, tune, and optimize models and backend components to meet SLA and performance requirements
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural patterns to improve existing products and services
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines for custom AI workloads

What You Bring

Must-have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or AI with strong use of cloud-based services
  • Proficiency in Python and ability to learn other relevant programming languages quickly
  • Experience with LangChain and familiarity with Azure OpenAI (or similar LLM services)
  • Proven experience building custom retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines from scratch using LangChain and related libraries
  • Extensive experience with Git, including GitHub and GitOps practices
  • Experience developing AI-based APIs and exposing them as services (e.g., via an AI marketplace)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot complex data issues under tight SLAs
  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical teams, non-technical stakeholders, and senior management
  • Proactive continuous-improvement mindset, able to break down ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable task

Nice-to-have:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Familiarity with containerization and tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience with Azure and Azure services related to data science and AI
  • Knowledge of GCP, OpenShift, and SAP
