We also leverage Gen AIpowered solutions to enhance every stage of the hiring processanalyzing CVs, accelerating matching, and delivering data-driven insights. These AI solutions are available to clients for their internal hiring teams, and this role will help market and expand this next-generation recruitment offering.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Tech Recruitment Services & Solutions to contribute to growth by winning new clients, deepening key accounts, and driving adoption of our Gen AI recruitment solutions.
Responsibilities

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (Technology, FinTech, Consulting, Engineering).

Manage the 360° recruitment cycle from client acquisition and account management to collaboration with recruiters for delivery.

Promote and sell Tech Talents Gen AI recruitment solutions to help clients modernize and accelerate hiring.

Build strong, long-term client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and actionable insight.

Stay ahead of market trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging skill sets to guide clients strategically.

Attend industry events, tech meetups, and HR forums to expand brand visibility and pipeline.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent client engagement and pipeline management.
Requirements
Must-have:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and client management.

Highly driven, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
