We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Enterprise & Campus Networking to lead technical pre-sales engagements, design scalable network architectures, and provide technical leadership throughout the sales lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Conduct workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and solution design engagements.
• Design scalable, secure, and highly available network architectures for enterprise environments.
• Translate customer requirements into comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead solution design across campus and data center networking, wireless networking, network automation, and network management domains.
• Define and manage proof-of-concept (PoC) objectives, testing plans, and outcome reporting.
• Lead technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender submissions, including compliance matrices and solution mapping.
• Support commercial teams in solution sizing, effort estimation, and technical presentations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, consultants, and system integrators.
• Collaborate with technology vendors, distributors, and implementation teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Represent the organization at industry forums, technology events, and customer workshops.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Mandarin/Chinese-speaking proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking customers, partners, vendors, and stakeholders in both technical and business discussions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking, Network Infrastructure, Telecommunications, or ICT solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or network consultancy role.
• Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise networking solutions for medium to large commercial organisations.
• Experience supporting the complete sales lifecycle, including customer discovery, solution design, proof-of-concept (PoC), proposal development, and technical presentations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LAN, WLAN, network management, and network security technologies.
• Experience preparing technical responses for RFI, RFP, RFQ, and competitive tender submissions.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders, including IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, and Solution Architects.
• Experience working with technology vendors, distributors, system integrators, and implementation teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of fabric LAN architecture, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), Layer 2 and Layer 3 network design, high availability and resiliency, and multicast networking.
• Experience with Wi-Fi 6, Wi-Fi 6E, and Wi-Fi 7, RF planning and optimisation, wireless site surveys, controller-based and cloud-managed wireless, high-density wireless deployments, and secure wireless authentication (802.1X, WPA3).
• Strong understanding of spine-leaf architectures, EVPN-VXLAN, network virtualisation, high-speed Ethernet (10/25/40/100GbE), and data centre interconnect.
• Familiarity with network operational automation principles, including AI-assisted network operations (AIOps), zero-touch provisioning, infrastructure APIs, telemetry and analytics, and policy-driven network management.

Nice-to-have:

• Relevant professional certifications in enterprise networking (e.g., Cisco CCNP Enterprise or above, Juniper JNCIP-ENT or above, Extreme Certified Professional (ECP) or above, Certified Wireless Network Administrator, Certified Wireless Security Professional, Certified Wireless Design Professional).
• Experience with SD-WAN technologies and solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud networking platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud networking services.
• Experience with network security solutions such as firewalls, NAC (Network Access Control), and intrusion prevention systems.
