The organisation operates with a reported team size of 51–100 in Malaysia and is recognised for building and delivering solutions across retail/industrial software and automation domains (e.g., retail management, warehouse management, payment enablement, and e-Invoice integration).

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to contribute to leading client engagements, pre-sales activities, and delivering end-to-end solution consulting across supply chain and IT digital service domains.

What You'll Do

• Conduct pre-sales presentations to gather technical and business requirements
• Enhance sales kits and prepare customized proposals and scope documents
• Perform business analysis and fact-finding to deeply understand customer needs
• Bridge communication between stakeholders to align expectations with deliverables
• Escalate resource needs or risks to ensure project continuity and success
• Tailor and deliver impactful presentations by industry verticals and account type
• Engage directly with C-level and senior executives to pitch solutions
• Prepare commercial proposals integrated with functional and technical details
• Lead and manage full project lifecycle, including billing and delivery
• Cross-sell solutions from the groups full portfolio across products and services
• Collaborate with key account managers for prospecting by industry verticals
  

What You Bring
Must-have:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain, IT digital services, or application domains
• Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong technical analysis and insight-gathering capabilities
• Proven experience in business analysis, proposal development, and pre-sales activities
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing projects end-to-end
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and ASEAN when needed

Nice-to-have:

• Proficiency in a second language for regional communication
• Exposure to multiple enterprise solution platforms or integration projects
