We are looking for a Business Development Manager – AI Solutions to help organizations understand how Generative AI, automation, and AI-driven recruitment platforms can transform the way they hire, operate, and grow.

In this role, you will work with SMEs and growing enterprises to identify opportunities where AI can improve hiring, productivity, and operational efficiency through consultative solution selling.

What You'll Do

Must-have

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, IT, or related field
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:
  • Recruitment services or staffing
  • HRTech platforms
  • SaaS or technology solutions
  • IT services or digital solutions

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B solution selling (technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital solutions)
• Ability to generate leads and build a consistent sales pipeline through outreach, networking, partnerships, and industry engagement
• Strong consultative selling skills, able to understand business challenges and translate them into practical technology or AI solutions
• Experience managing a structured sales process from lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation, to deal closure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders
• Applicants must be Malaysian Citizens, PR, or RP holders with a valid work visa. Visa sponsorship is not available

Nice-to-have

• Experience selling HRTech, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions
• Exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or data-driven solutions
• Experience selling corporate training or consulting services
