The company operates across Malaysia and Singapore and is backed by a leading regional telco group following its acquisition in 2021. Revenue is not publicly disclosed, and the organization is typically reported within the 51–200 employee range.

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to contribute to designing and delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across digital platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across multiple digital platforms
• Align architecture with customer business goals, technical standards, and best practices
• Lead end-to-end solution delivery, including integration with existing systems and platforms
• Work across cloud, web, and mobile environments
• Produce and maintain technical documentation (architecture, design, integration, standards)
• Provide updates on progress, timelines, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
• Assess constraints and recommend alternatives to reduce delivery and operational risks
• Continuously improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security
• Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance throughout delivery
• Evaluate emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches when relevant

What You Bring

Must-have:

• Strong foundation in system architecture and software engineering principles
• Experience with common technology stacks such as MERN / MEAN / LAMP
• Strong communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale solutions and guiding teams
• Strong business understanding to align technology decisions with business outcomes

Nice-to-have:

• Programming exposure in Python, PHP, and/or Java
• Exposure to data engineering and/or AI solutioning
