We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer (L3) to design and deliver robust, scalable, and secure IT and AI infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments—acting as a trusted consultant for customers and internal stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain core infrastructure across servers, storage, virtualisation, AI, and cloud platforms
• Provide technical recommendations to optimize performance, availability, and capacity
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response for infrastructure issues
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions for projects and strategic initiatives
• Develop and improve architecture documentation, standards, and guidelines
• Ensure alignment with best practices and frameworks (e.g., RMIT, CAF, NIST, ISO 27001)
• Implement identity, access management, and security controls across infrastructure components
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operations using scripting, automation tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to project teams
• Collaborate closely with IT security teams to embed and enhance security across the landscape
