Join our Global Centre of Excellence team and work closely with regional APAC stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact financial operations, process improvements, and cross-border coordination.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the finance team and oversee the end-to-end financial close process
• Ensure timely completion of financial activities in line with corporate policies and timelines
• Prepare and post GL entries (invoicing, intercompany, payroll, accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations)
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual closing incl. financial statements, GST reporting, and tax computation
• Perform monthly reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and support audit and tax matters
• Analyze accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to meet reporting and audit deadlines
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance finance workflows
• Support implementation of new procedures, policies, and systems
• Act as an SME for relevant finance topics and provide guidance to business units
• Support team deliverables and KPIs while contributing to strategic initiatives

What You Bring
Must-have:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance (professional certification like ACCA/CPA is a plus)
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role (shared services environment)
• Industry experience in Stockbroking or Asset Management (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance
• Meticulous, analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems/tools
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Immediate availability is a strong advantage
