IT Network Specialist

About the Role:

Were looking for a proactive and skilled IT Network Specialist to support and manage our critical network and voice infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering secure, resilient, and scalable network solutions that support our core operations.

You'll work across hybrid cloud environments, support remote and office sites, and help shape future infrastructure through continuous improvement and security-first approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites

• Maintain secure, high-availability environments using best practices and ITIL principles

• Collaborate on hybrid cloud networking, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and connectivity solutions

• Analyze vulnerabilities and carry out remediation and patching

• Participate in out-of-hours support as needed

• Ensure smooth onboarding of infrastructure into service with full documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in enterprise networking

• CCNA certification (or equivalent experience)

• Strong knowledge of Next-Gen Firewalls (FortiGate preferred), VPNs, and encryption

• Proficiency in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and key network services (DNS, DHCP, NTP)

• Experience in vulnerability management, monitoring, and patching

• Python scripting knowledge is a plus

• Previous experience in an ITIL support environment

• Excellent communication skills (CEFR C1 or above), planning, and problem-solving abilities
