We are seeking a highly experienced SME / Solution Architect to design scalable automation and cloud-based solutions across complex enterprise landscapes, driving innovation in ERP testing, DevOps, and multi-cloud platform engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Design scalable solution architectures for hybrid, composable enterprise environments
  • Evaluate and select ERP-agnostic automated test technologies (SAP S/4, MS Dynamics, Epicor, Blue Yonder)
  • Define architecture for modular, scalable systems aligned with enterprise target landscapes
  • Ensure automation and DevOps solutions support multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid deployments
  • Lead end-to-end automation strategy covering UI, APIs, data pipelines, SAP systems, and backend services
  • Architect reusable automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Tosca, UiPath, or equivalent
  • Define measurable success metrics including execution reliability, coverage, defect leakage, and ROI
  • Establish governance for centralized automation frameworks, repositories, and CI/CD-integrated execution models
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines integrating build automation, regression testing, and security/compliance gates
  • Standardize test management practices including traceability, reporting dashboards, and unified execution control
  • Produce consolidated reporting and release readiness metrics aligned with enterprise DevOps and DORA standards

What You Bring

Must-have:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in software engineering, automation, or solution architecture
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and composable architecture design
  • Deep experience with E2E automation frameworks such as Playwright, Tosca, UiPath, Selenium, or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Jenkins
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, JavaScript/TypeScript, or modern cloud-native integrations
  • Experience working within complex multi-platform landscapes including ERP ecosystems (SAP experience is advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of security, GDPR, compliance, and governance in automation ecosystems

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience implementing AI-driven automation capabilities such as self-healing scripts and intelligent test generation
  • Exposure to low-code automation platforms and automated test data generation frameworks
