We are seeking an experienced Senior MS Dynamics CRM Developer to join our clients global team and contribute to digital transformation in the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Customize entities, forms, workflows, and reports to meet client needs
• Develop plugins, integrate external systems, and troubleshoot to ensure high performance
• Collaborate across teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of growth

Requirements

Must-have:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development
• Expertise in C#, JavaScript, and CRM SDK
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the banking or financial services industry
