Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant

Our client operates globally with more than 12,000 employees across 40+ countries and 51 manufacturing facilities.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD Functional Consultant to support ROCKWOOL operating companies (OPCOs) during the transition to a modern ERP solution.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that daily operational support of the ERP ECC system meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the OPCOs.
• Configure SAP ECC SD module and integrate with cross modules (MM/LES/FI/CO) for end-to-end business processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to set strategic roadmaps and evolve global designs with appropriate solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead and facilitate analysis of business requirements and processes with Business Process Owners (BPO), business users, stakeholders, developers, and super users.
• Define and translate business requirements into functional requirements comprehensible to business, IT consultants, and management.
• Conduct fit/gap analysis and coordinate/prioritize solution gaps.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on the SD module (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA).
• Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Functional expertise in supply chain processes.
• Cross-functional SAP ERP Analyst experience in Material Management (MM), Controlling (CO), and Logistic Execution System (LES).
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Integration experience with other solutions like CRM, E-Shop, CPQ, and RockCommerce.
• Basic understanding of ABAP code for effective cooperation with developers and initial analysis of technical issues.
• Provide functional guidance to ensure IT solution integrity and maintain updated documentation (functional and technical specifications).

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
