We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement autonomous, multi-agent AI workflows that automate complex business processes for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent pipelines using LangGraph and/or CrewAI, including agent role definition, task decomposition, inter-agent communication, and state management
• Integrate GPT Vision or equivalent for document parsing, screenshot analysis, and visual data extraction within multimodal AI workflows
• Implement tool-calling agents with access to APIs, databases, search, and file systems, and manage agent memory for persistent agents
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and utilise vector search technologies for agent knowledge grounding
• Apply prompt engineering techniques for agent personas, reasoning chains, and output formatting
• Deploy agentic systems on self-hosted VPS or cloud infrastructure, ensuring observability, logging, and robust failure handling for long-running workflows
• Expose agent capabilities via API endpoints using FastAPI for frontend and external system integration
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve agentic workflows and automation solutions

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Indian citizenship (India)
• Full-time work authorization for remote employment from India
• 1–4 years of hands-on production experience in AI/ML engineering for agentic or LLM-based systems
• Demonstrated production experience with LangGraph and/or CrewAI for multi-agent orchestration
• Experience integrating GPT Vision or equivalent for image/document understanding in multimodal AI workflows
• Proficiency in Python (primary language) and ability to read JavaScript code
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI API, Claude API), function calling, tool use, and structured outputs
• Prompt engineering skills: system prompts, chain-of-thought, ReAct patterns, and output formatting
• Understanding of RAG fundamentals: embeddings, vector search, and retrieval grounding as agent tools
• Experience using FastAPI for exposing agent capabilities as APIs
• DevOps skills: Git, VPS/cloud deployment, basic Linux administration, and error handling for async workflows
• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex for knowledge-base construction

Nice-to-have:

• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server development experience
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or GitHub Copilot
• Experience using Docker for containerised agent deployment
• CI/CD pipeline experience for agent workflow testing and deployment
• Basic React.js skills to build simple agent UIs or dashboards
• Experience with structured output validation using Pydantic or instructor library
• Develop and deploy automation workflows in N8N, integrating AI agents into broader business process automation pipelines
