We are seeking an experienced Product Manager Growth and AI to contribute to driving client acquisition and AI-powered user experiences on a global mobile trading platform.
Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap in client acquisition, marketing funnel optimization, and AI features

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in digital acquisition and AI-driven innovation

Optimize user acquisition journeys to improve conversion rates and minimize drop-offs

Prioritize and manage a backlog of features and enhancements to increase engagement and retention

Lead cross-functional teams from ideation to launch, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery

Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX teams to deliver user-friendly, impactful features

Monitor KPIs, analyze user feedback, and make data-driven decisions

Present product demos and updates to stakeholders and leadership

Stay ahead of fintech, trading, and product management trends
Requirements
Must-have:
-
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field

3+ years as a Product Manager with proven experience in mobile app launches

Experience in trading or investment platforms (highly preferred)

Familiarity with MarTech tools (MoEngage, Marketo, Appsflyer)

Strong analytical skills with A/B testing and funnel optimization experience

Knowledge of GPT or generative AI applications in product features

Understanding of mobile development processes & UX best practices

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Roadmunk, Google Analytics, Tableau

Passion for fintech and building delightful customer products
