Were looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer (with Cloud) to support and maintain enterprise infrastructure—ensuring high availability, security, and performance across on-prem and cloud environments. You'll work on core ops (monitoring, backups, patching), collaborate with teams/vendors, and support DR/BCP readiness.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support for systems and infrastructure based on company requirements
• Perform daily data processing and generate service availability reports for weekly/monthly reviews
• Monitor and execute system backups; perform housekeeping for infrastructure, storage, and network devices
• Acknowledge and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines
• Provide IT support during internal and external major events
• Manage user access, patch management, and release management (quarterly review cycle)
• Handle purchasing and invoice processes related to IT infrastructure
• Maintain accurate IT asset/inventory records, IP networking lists, firewall settings, email listings, and application access
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of critical project tasks
• Partner with vendors to document infrastructure posture and configurations
• Use monitoring dashboards for data center, systems, and network performance
• Assist in cybersecurity activities and participate in audit investigations
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure and network support services
• Participate in DR/BCP simulations, ensuring infrastructure and network readiness
• Review and update IT-related policies and procedures periodically

Cloud & Backup Focus

• Manage and optimize AWS environments (EC2, S3, IAM, and related services)
• Administer storage systems on MSA platforms
• Perform and monitor backups using Veritas or Veeam, ensuring integrity and retention compliance

What You Bring
Must-have:

• Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
• 3–5 years in network/server troubleshooting & support (financial services experience is a plus)
• Strong hands-on experience with:AWS Cloud (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.)
  Storage systems (MSA)
• Backup solutions (Veritas or Veeam)
• Knowledge of Linux (RedHat), Windows Server, server virtualization, and networking devices/tools including:
• Active Directory, Firewall, Load Balancer, Packet Shaper, switches
  TCP/IP, DNS, File Services
• Administration knowledge of Microsoft Server/Windows platforms; network security & troubleshooting
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines (e.g., SC TRM, BNM RMiT)
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Willingness to work on shifts with minimal supervision

Nice-to-have:

• ITIL certification or experience in Incident / Problem / Change / Configuration Management
