Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing service-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process service requests and maintain detailed client records
  • Coordinate with operations and administrative teams to support client needs
  • Follow up on outstanding inquiries and service matters
  • Assist with account maintenance and documentation tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures
  • Support additional administrative responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
