Job Summary:
Pacific Rise Co is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our Detroit, MI team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, managing service-related inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary
- Process service requests and maintain detailed client records
- Coordinate with operations and administrative teams to support client needs
- Follow up on outstanding inquiries and service matters
- Assist with account maintenance and documentation tasks
- Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures
- Support additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
