About the job Quality Management Systems Assistant

1. Handles communications of the Department.

2. Keeps records and documents in place.

3. Encodes interview transcripts and gathered feedback.

4. Prints and arranges documentary requirements for necessary certifications.

5. Liaises with other Offices as directed.

6. Provides logistic and administrative support during the implementation of quality

management plans and activities.

7. Prepares periodic reports.

8. Performs such other duties as may be directed from time to time.
