Qualifications & Profile

• Degree or professional training in Wellness Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership experience in luxury spa, wellness, or holistic hospitality environments.
• Proven expertise in financial management, revenue strategy, and multi-department operations.
• Deep understanding of wellness philosophies, holistic therapies, and mindful living.
• Exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Wellness Vision & Experience Design

• Curate and evolve spa treatments, holistic therapies, fitness programming, rituals, and wellness journeys aligned with Palmaia philosophy.
• Design destination spa packages and signature wellness experiences for individual guests and groups.
• Continuously research global wellness trends and integrate innovative, sustainable, and meaningful practices.
• Ensure all offerings reflect Palmaias values of authenticity, balance, conscious living, and emotional wellbeing.
• Lead wellness initiatives across the entire property in collaboration with other departments.
