Qualifications of Director of Nursing:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
  • Valid State licensure as an RN
  • Familiar with state & federal regulations
  • At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in long-term care
  • Experience in supervising nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.
  • Relate professionally and positively and work cooperatively with residents, families, and other employees at all levels.

Qualifications of Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA):

  • Minimum of 2 year as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator License.
  • Prior experience in staff development (i.e.: hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, and delegation)
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • A proven track record in the census and revenue growth, as well as experience managing budgets and controlling operational expenses
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group

MDS:

Qualifications and Job Requirements

Must be currently licensed as an RN in good standing with a minimum of 1 year of MDS experience.

MDS Certification is preferred.

  • Primary role to complete MDS in a timely manner
  • Completes MDS assessments as assigned.
  • Perform audits as assigned
  • Assist with Infection prevention procedures
  • Provide education of MDS process with Nursing staff
  • Works with Nursing Management team to improve quality management process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
