About the Role:

We are hiring Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality patient care across a range of healthcare environments, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, senior living centers, private homes, and hospital or clinical settings.

This role is ideal for CNAs seeking maximum flexibility. You choose when and where you work, with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts available based on facility needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
  • Support patients with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Communicate clearly with nursing staff and care teams
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility requirements
  • Maintain a safe environment that respects patient privacy, dignity, and well-being

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active CNA license or certification (Pennsylvania)
  • Active CPR/BLS certification
  • Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks
  • Medical requirements may include physicals, TB testing, and other screenings
  • Additional documentation or training may be required in accordance with state laws and facility policies.
