About the job Dealer Sales General Manager

Main Responsibilities:

  • Control and manage sales team in Thailand(key dealers and wholesales channels)
  • Manage product mix as company strategy
  • Develop existing channel as well as expand new business opportunities
  • Formulate sales strategy to achieve the company's target
  • Manage margin for both product and channel mix
  • Organize strategic planning and execution for sales team to reach the target
  • Coach sales team, follow up sales plan, generate sales reports
 

Qualifications:

  • Experience as managerial level at least 10 years
  • Age between 38 – 48 year-old
  • Experience at least 10 years in AV products, focusing on traditional trade, dealers and distributors
  • Strong in analytical, negotiation and management skills
  • Good command in English, both speaking and writing
  • Good in computer literacy i.e. MS Office
