Qualifications:
- Age 39-48 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
- Over 12 years’ experience in Managerial level R&D Engineer or Design and Development
- Background from design electronic/ electric manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of Solidwork 2D, 3D, AutoCAD
- Good command of English.
Job description:
- Cost control analysis and cost reduction
- Product development and the production process more efficient
- Evaluation test and analysis result
- Plan & manage the engineering activities base on market/ customer needs, profitability, technical difficulty & company trend
- Develop prototype, mass production, prototype examination and negotiation with related section
- Determine engineering feasibility, cost effectiveness, customer needs for new or existing products
- R&D and new product development
