Drive sales growth by acquiring and activating retail partners, strengthening relationships, and executing in-field strategies to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales and store activation targets within assigned territory
- Grow merchant productivity and expand overall market share
- Maintain active merchant engagement to ensure consistent month-on-month sales
- Build strong relationships with partner retailers and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular store visits to train sales teams and support daily operations
- Execute targeted marketing initiatives and incentive campaigns
- Identify and onboard new business partners, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and performance
- Prepare and present sales reports and insights to management
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical education (Business, Communications, or similar)
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, customer service, telecom, mobile devices, or software sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly results-driven with strong organization and persistence
- Analytical mindset with solid negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
- Must have personal transportation (car or motorcycle)
