LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR HR INTERNS (Recruitment)

  • At the end of this internship, the student/s will learn different facets of human resources, work environments, and organizational cultures.
  • S/He will learn to interact with diverse personalities and assist s/he in determining if well – suited to career opportunities in this field.

JOB ANALYSIS:

  • Understand the job description/s per search project
  • Understand the preferences of hiring manager/s, stakeholder/s for each search project
  • Perform Job Analysis, Initial Interviews

SELECTION:

  • Participate in Job Interviews
  • Administer Employment Test/s (if needed)
  • Screen Job Applications
  • Post Job Opportunities to several Job Portals, Social Media sites through ATS

RECRUITING:

  • Source for potential candidates using several sourcing grounds
  • Facilitate interview schedules with potential candidates

ONBOARDING:

  • Assist in managing expectations of each successful hire of the Company
  • Assist in the onboarding activities for all successful hires of the Company
  • Assist in the completion of onboarding requirements of each successful hire of the Company
