Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, at leading consultancy, financial institutions or fintech.
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards (GAAP).
- Must have knowledge and experience in local compliance for setting up fintech companies in Indonesia.
- VERY GOOD/EXCELLENT ENGLISH communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software, beside google suite. Experience with Netsuite, PBCS/Hyperion is a plus.
