Job Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field

Preferred Certifications:

• SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect
• SC-300: Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator
• SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator

Technical Experience:

• 5+ years in Information Security or IT Infrastructure
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft E5 Security tools
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001
• Understanding of Zero Trust security models
• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + Azure/M365)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and capable of mentoring or training others
