Job Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

  • Lead the creation and development of visual identity assets across various brand touchpoints.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing executions and creative outputs.
  • Take initiative in challenging creative norms, providing direction for improved art execution.
  • Provide innovative and strategic direction to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in content development aligned with brand values.

Clear Visual Communication

  • Manage internal and external teams in developing visually compelling creative assets.
  • Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate creative strategy and execution.
  • Oversee the development of a wide range of brand assets for various platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams for efficient creative workflow and execution.

Diverse Creative Brand Expressions

  • Demonstrate creative versatility across platforms, from hand-drawn type to digital media.
  • Keep up with and explore new trends in design, art direction, and brand evolution.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or any related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in graphic design leadership or creative direction.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledgeable in social media and online platforms.
  • Internet-savvy with a strong interest in digital marketing and visual storytelling.
  • Design thinking certification (IDEOU, LUMA) is a plus.
