Job Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Lead the creation and development of visual identity assets across various brand touchpoints.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing executions and creative outputs.
- Take initiative in challenging creative norms, providing direction for improved art execution.
- Provide innovative and strategic direction to inspire teams and align stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in content development aligned with brand values.
Clear Visual Communication
- Manage internal and external teams in developing visually compelling creative assets.
- Deliver impactful presentations that clearly communicate creative strategy and execution.
- Oversee the development of a wide range of brand assets for various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams for efficient creative workflow and execution.
Diverse Creative Brand Expressions
- Demonstrate creative versatility across platforms, from hand-drawn type to digital media.
- Keep up with and explore new trends in design, art direction, and brand evolution.
Job Qualifications
- Graduate of Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Creative Media, or any related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in graphic design leadership or creative direction.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and knowledgeable in social media and online platforms.
- Internet-savvy with a strong interest in digital marketing and visual storytelling.
- Design thinking certification (IDEOU, LUMA) is a plus.
