Senior Project Manager (Interior Design & Architecture)

A global food service giant with roots in Asia, serving millions worldwide through iconic brands and bold international growth.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Graphics, Interior Design, Architecture, Multimedia, or Communications
- 810 years of leadership experience in design or branding agencies, with direct involvement in graphics and interior design within store environments
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus
- Additional training in Design Thinking (IDEOU, LUMA, etc.) is an advantage
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig
Non-Negotiable Qualification:
- Must have experience working in or on projects for QSR (Quick Service Restaurants) or restaurants.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Management and Leadership
- Lead and manage brand and design-led initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment and timely delivery
- Oversee planning processes, resources, and risks across various projects
- Ensure all projects are financially sound and compliant with internal processes
- Establish and implement new systems and workflows to support efficient program execution
- Coordinate deliverables and activities of all stakeholders involved, both internal and external
Change Management
- Enhance current processes or develop new ones to monitor strategic progress and increase efficiency
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project status and performance
- Address issues proactively with creative and analytical solutions
- Evaluate success upon completion of programs through structured reporting and analysis
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Oversee and manage collaboration among all parties involved in the program
- Resolve conflicts proactively and drive collaboration with an agile and solution-oriented mindset
- Develop and promote best practices in program communication and management to reduce complexity
