Configuration Management Operations Analyst

General Requirements:

• 2 years hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB, configuration management, and discovery
• Solid understanding of CMDB concepts
• Familiarity with ITIL, ITAM, and IT Service Management concepts
• Certification in Configuration Management, ITIL, or ITAM is a plus
• Proven success in managing and supporting a CMDB, preferably ServiceNow
• Experience in Configuration Management (CMDB) and automated discovery of infrastructure devices, standard hardware (servers/laptops), mobile devices, network gear, business applications, software, and cloud infrastructure.
